Catheter Manipulation during Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography」がCase Repors in Gastroenterology誌に掲載されました。

ERCP中に、カテーテル操作により総胆管結石が主膵管内に迷入したまれな症例です。
これは、内視鏡医が知っておくべき重大な合併症です。
